New Member Announcement
We are pleased to announce the expansion of our TMT focused advisory team. As of the beginning of the year, we are happy to welcome Hideyuki Nakashima (Managing Director), Hirokazu Nagaoka (Vice President), and Yukihito Tamura (Associate).
Mr. Nakashima joins us from Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities, where he was a senior banker responsible for telecom and media sectors. He has been advising Japanese and international clients on TMT M&A for over twenty years. Mr. Nagaoka joins us from Tokio Marine Capital Co., Ltd, where he was an executive focused on private equity investments in Japan. In addition to that, Mr. Nagaoka has been involved in numerous TMT advisory and M&A transactions at Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. Mr. Tamura joins us from KPMG AZSA LLC where he was seconded to Mizuho Capital Partners Co., Ltd. responsible for M&A execution and due diligence. He is a registered Certified Public Accountant.
With our expanded resources we will be able to provide a superior level of TMT expertise and service to our clients in Japan and abroad.
